Starting out at $33/hr+ & you can pick your shift!Job DescriptionThis High-level Industrial Maintenance Technician role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of industrial equipment and systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, perform PLC and control system work, and lead preventive and predictive maintenance efforts to support reliable, efficient production operations.Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot advanced electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to quickly identify and resolve equipment issues. • Diagnose and repair issues involving schematics, pneumatics, DC controls, and multiple voltage systems including 24V, 120V, 480V, and European 230V. • Work with pumps, water displacement systems, and motor controls to ensure reliable and efficient operation. • Perform PLC diagnostics and programming to maintain and improve automated systems. • Perform HMI, VFD, and servo diagnostics and programming to optimize machine performance and reliability. • Install and wire motors, drives, PLCs, DC controls, and other control system components in accordance with safety and engineering standards. • Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics to plan and execute maintenance and repair activities. • Support production operations by performing root cause analysis on recurring issues and implementing long-term corrective actions. • Optimize equipment performance through adjustments, repairs, and upgrades to minimize downtime and improve throughput. • Lead preventive and predictive maintenance efforts to extend equipment life and reduce unplanned outages. • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to prioritize work, share technical expertise, and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Participate in training on first shift for a minimum of one month to become familiar with equipment, processes, and procedures before transitioning to assigned shift. Essential Skills

• At least 5 years of advanced industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming skills for industrial automation systems. • Expert knowledge of industrial electrical systems and motor controls. • Ability to troubleshoot advanced electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. • Ability to work with multiple voltage levels including 24V, 120V, 480V, and European 230V. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics. • Experience performing HMI, VFD, and servo diagnostics and programming. • Experience installing and wiring motors, drives, PLCs, DC controls, and control systems. • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, particularly with 480V systems. • Demonstrated ability to perform detailed root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions. • Relevant schooling or technical education in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or a related field. The environment involves working around industrial machinery, electrical systems, and automated equipment, requiring adherence to safety procedures and appropriate industrial attire and personal protective equipment. The role includes hands-on work with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, HMI, VFD, and servo systems in a fast-paced production setting. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Fombell, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr.
