Job Title: 2nd Shift Cleanroom Assembler(no experience needed)Pay: $18.50/hrJob DescriptionThis role focuses on assembling and packaging small-part medical devices in a controlled cleanroom environment on the 2nd shift. You will help achieve target production levels while maintaining strict product quality standards, following Good Manufacturing Practices, and keeping your work area clean and organized. The position involves hands-on assembly, inspection, and minor equipment adjustments to ensure safe and reliable medical products.Responsibilities

• Assemble tubes and related components used in IV bags for medical facilities according to production orders and quality standards. • Inspect parts and finished products for defects or inconsistencies and ensure they meet quality specifications. • Perform packing and production tasks, including preparing products for shipment and maintaining accurate counts. • Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process and complete required batch control paperwork. • Make minor repairs and adjustments to tooling and equipment to maintain proper product quality and consistent output. • Operate equipment and tools that require close control and precise adjustment while following documented procedures. • Work safely with and around moving equipment, following all safety and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures. • Maintain a clean, organized, and contamination-free work area in the cleanroom environment. • Cooperate and communicate effectively with other shifts, engineering, quality, and leadership to support smooth operations. Essential Skills

• Ability to use measurements and perform basic math accurately to support quality and production requirements. • Capability to learn, comprehend, and implement Lock Out/Tag Out procedures for safe equipment operation. • Understanding and application of safety procedures and quality procedures in a manufacturing setting. • Ability to work with limited supervision while meeting production and quality expectations. • Comfort working in a cleanroom environment with strict contamination control requirements. • Ability to safely work with and around moving equipment and follow detailed instructions. • Strong attention to detail to prevent contamination and ensure high-quality medical devices. Team members wear a gown, pants, and a dedicated pair of brand-new shoes that remain in the facility at all times to maintain cleanliness. The environment is highly team-oriented, with close collaboration across shifts, engineering, quality, and leadership. You will operate equipment and tools requiring precise control and adjustment, and you will work around moving machinery while following all safety procedures. The role requires flexibility to move between different lines and tasks as needed, and consistent adherence to safety, quality, and production requirements in a cleanroom setting. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Oxford, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
