Hiring Warehouse Associates – Support a High‑Performance Manufacturing Operation We’re seeking a reliable, experienced Warehouse Associate to join a small, tight‑knit team supporting the production of compression systems for the oil and gas industry. This role is active, hands‑on, and essential to keeping materials moving smoothly through the facility. • Hours: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM • Setting: On‑site • Team Size: Small warehouse team of 2–3 employees • Work Conditions: Some outdoor order picking of larger metal materials • Equipment: Regular forklift and material‑handling equipment use Job Description:

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments • Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders • Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records • Use Epicor ERP and internal tracking systems to manage inventory • Track material locations and ensure proper storage • Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment • Safely load and unload materials • Operate sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts and other warehouse equipment • Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment as needed • Coordinate with production to ensure materials are available on time • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment Skills/Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse experience • Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management • ERP system experience for inventory tracking • Sit‑down forklift operating experience • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work across multiple warehouse functions • Commitment to safety and teamwork Why Join Us:

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
