Job Title: Maintenance Technician in Lemont Furnace, PAJob DescriptionThis role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment. You will work with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems, including high-voltage equipment, to ensure reliable and efficient operation of production machinery.Responsibilities

• Change and replace hydraulic hoses safely and efficiently on industrial equipment. • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime. • Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on production machinery and related equipment. • Carry out electrical maintenance tasks, including work on systems up to 480 volts, following proper safety procedures. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to diagnose issues and complete repairs. • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep equipment running reliably. • Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions. • Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status to the team as needed. • Maintain a clean and organized work area while working in a typical manufacturing environment. • Demonstrate consistent attendance, reliability, and productivity to support production goals. • Continuously learn new equipment, processes, and technologies to improve maintenance effectiveness. Essential Skills

• Ability to safely change and replace hydraulic hoses on industrial equipment. • Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in industrial maintenance. • Electrical inclination and comfort working with equipment up to 480 volts. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic systems. • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic systems. • General industrial maintenance experience, including repair and upkeep of production machinery. • Demonstrated willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new equipment. • Consistent attendance and reliability in a manufacturing setting. • Ability to maintain productivity while handling multiple maintenance tasks. • Basic troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment. • Experience working in environments that may be dusty, dirty, or not fully climate controlled. • Ability to follow safety procedures when working with high-voltage electrical systems. • Comfort working on second shift or alternative shifts with a shift differential. • Strong communication skills to work effectively with production and maintenance teams. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lemont Furnace, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
