In this role, you'll assemble, test, and inspect electronic products in a clean, organized manufacturing environment. What You'll Do ā Assemble electronic products and subassemblies using hand tools, fixtures, tweezers, and screwdriversā Follow detailed work instructions to ensure quality and accuracyā Perform visual inspections and identify defects during the assembly processā Report quality concerns and support continuous improvement effortsā Use computers to access work instructions and record production informationā Work closely with team members to meet production goals and schedulesā Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures What We're Looking For
ā¢ Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred ā¢ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail ā¢ Comfortable using hand tools and small assembly equipment ā¢ Basic computer skills ā¢ Ability to read and follow written instructions ā¢ Team-oriented with strong communication skills ā¢ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance Preferred Qualifications
ā¢ High school diploma or GED ā¢ Mechanical and/or electronic assembly experience ā¢ Experience reading assembly diagrams or basic blueprints ā¢ Familiarity with quality-focused manufacturing environments Schedule

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
