In this role, you'll assemble, test, and inspect electronic products in a clean, organized manufacturing environment. What You'll Do āœ… Assemble electronic products and subassemblies using hand tools, fixtures, tweezers, and screwdriversāœ… Follow detailed work instructions to ensure quality and accuracyāœ… Perform visual inspections and identify defects during the assembly processāœ… Report quality concerns and support continuous improvement effortsāœ… Use computers to access work instructions and record production informationāœ… Work closely with team members to meet production goals and schedulesāœ… Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail • Comfortable using hand tools and small assembly equipment • Basic computer skills • Ability to read and follow written instructions • Team-oriented with strong communication skills • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED • Mechanical and/or electronic assembly experience • Experience reading assembly diagrams or basic blueprints • Familiarity with quality-focused manufacturing environments Schedule

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
