• Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to work instructions and blueprints • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices • Read and interpret assembly drawings and wiring diagrams • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met • Troubleshoot and identify basic assembly issues • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Qualifications
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, maintenance, automotive, construction, or a related technical environment • Experience using hand and power tools • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings preferred • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tallahassee, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
