What You Will Do
• Keep Robotics Moving: Install, maintain, and repair advanced automated systems, pneumatics, and material handling equipment. • Solve Tough Problems: Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with conveyor belts, motors, photo-eyes, and relays. • Prevent Breakdowns: Complete regular preventative maintenance routines and keep careful records of your work. • Track Supplies: Monitor, organize, and store essential department parts inventory. • Mentor Others: Share your technical knowledge to help junior technicians grow their skills. • Stay Active: Stand, walk, and lift up to 49 pounds during shifts that can last up to 12 hours. • Full Shift Flexibility: Candidates must be completely open to all shifts, which include working days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to keep this 24/7 facility running. What We Look For (Basic Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent. • 2+ years of experience maintaining material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyor systems. • 2+ years of experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics. • 2+ years of working knowledge regarding electrical and electronic principles. • 1+ years of experience troubleshooting and diagnosing complex MHE systems. • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products. Bonus Skills We Love (Preferred Qualifications)
• An Associate’s degree or vocational certificate in a mechanical or electrical field. • 2+ years of experience working with PLC-based control systems. • Direct hands-on experience with robotic operation and maintenance. • Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
