What You Will Do
• Run the Line: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot high-speed folding and gluing machinery. • Manage Materials: Monitor and adjust glue application levels and machine speeds for perfect precision. • Perform Changeovers: Switch out parts and adjust machine settings when production runs change. • Quality Control: Check finished packaging products frequently to ensure glue lines and folds meet strict standards. • Lead by Example: Coordinate with feeders and packers on your line to maintain a smooth flow. What We Look For
• Mechanical Aptitude: Experience operating complex machines or a strong talent for working with mechanical tools. • Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 12-hour shifts. • Sharp Eye for Detail: Ability to spot tiny flaws in alignment or adhesive application quickly. • Reliability: Excellent attendance is a must to keep the production line running. • Experience: Previous hands-on experience running production machines.
