Job Title: Production AssociateJob DescriptionWe are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to support the manufacturing and distribution of upholstered furniture, including sofas, loveseats, and chairs. In this role, you work in a fast-paced production environment performing assembly, material handling, and general manufacturing duties while consistently maintaining high quality and safety standards.Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks for upholstered furniture such as sofas, loveseats, and chairs using hand tools and other production equipment. • Handle materials efficiently, including moving, organizing, and preparing components for assembly and manufacturing processes. • Support general production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following established workflows and procedures. • Read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks. • Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively during framing, furniture assembly, and related manufacturing operations. • Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure quality craftsmanship and adherence to product specifications. • Meet productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards and minimizing errors or rework. • Work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment to achieve production targets. • Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or additional shifts as needed to support production demands. • Learn and adapt to new processes, equipment, and production techniques as the operation evolves. Essential Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment. • Ability to perform assembly work, including furniture assembly and framing, using hand tools. • Capability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. • Basic math and measurement skills to support accurate assembly and production work. • Demonstrated ability to meet productivity goals while maintaining quality standards. • Willingness and flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or additional shifts as needed. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in furniture assembly is a plus. • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or general production environments is preferred. • Comfort using a variety of hand tools and production equipment. • Openness to learning new processes, equipment, and production techniques. You will frequently work around production equipment and machinery, and noise levels may range from moderate to high throughout the workday. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with some Saturdays as needed to support production demands. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Front Royal, VA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
