Job Title: MIG WelderJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team, responsible for welding small and large manufacturing machinery and equipment. This role requires the ability to read and understand assembly prints, pick lists, weld blueprints, and sales and shop orders. You will also utilize overhead cranes to move product around the plant.Responsibilities
• Complete MIG welding on small and large manufacturing machinery and equipment. • Read and understand assembly prints, pick lists, weld blueprints, and sales and shop orders. • Utilize overhead and jib cranes to move pre-welded materials or finished products. Essential Skills
• Proficiency in MIG welding techniques. • Ability to read blueprints and understand fabrication processes. • Strong math skills, particularly in understanding fractions. • Capability to weld in all directions including vertical, horizontal, and rigging. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in MIG welding or equivalent schooling for small part fitting. • Experience in heavy and custom MIG welding projects. • Knowledge of assembly processes to minimize scrap materials. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $58240.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Medical dental and vision Workplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Crystal Lake,IL.
