• Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools • Follow blueprints, diagrams, work instructions, and assembly drawings • Assist with wiring, routing, connecting, and securing electrical components • Perform mechanical assembly on equipment and machine components • Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met • Use common tools such as drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and tape measures • Troubleshoot basic assembly issues and make adjustments as needed • Work safely while maintaining production and quality goals • Support team members and help meet daily production schedules What We're Looking For
• At least 6 months of manufacturing, assembly, production, construction, automotive, maintenance, or related experience • Comfortable using hand and power tools • Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, or work instructions (or willingness to learn) • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Reliable attendance and positive attitude Preferred but Not Required
• Previous electrical assembly or wiring experience • Experience reading electrical schematics • Experience with crimping, panel assembly, or machine assembly • Technical school, vocational training, or electrical coursework • Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers We are willing to train candidates who have strong assembly experience, mechanical skills, and a willingness to learn. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
