Job Title: WelderJob Description:Join a growing, family-owned manufacturing company in Louisville, KY as a Welder. In this role, you will fabricate, repair, and assemble metal components using MIG welding techniques. You'll read blueprints and shop drawings, prepare materials, set up equipment, and inspect completed welds to ensure quality and structural integrity.Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, and schematics. • Perform MIG welding on steel materials. • Fabricate, fit, assemble, and repair metal components. • Inspect completed welds for quality and structural soundness. • Prepare materials and set up welding equipment or robotic devices. • Complete required training and certification programs. Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding on steel. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings. • Experience with fabrication, fitting, and job setup. • Strong structural welding and grinding skills. • Monday through Thursday • 8:00 PM - 7:00 AM • 30-minute lunch and two 10-minute breaks • Overtime as needed Work EnvironmentSteel manufacturing and fabrication facility with a non-temperature-controlled environment. Employees work around heavy equipment, machinery, and fabrication processes while maintaining safety and quality standards. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
