• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, lathes, mills, EDMs, Swiss machines, water jets, presses, robotic systems, and other production equipment. • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues. • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. • Conduct equipment inspections to identify problems before they impact production. • Complete repairs, adjustments, alignments, and machine installations. • Support approximately 10 new equipment installations each year. • Operate forklifts and lifting equipment to move and position machinery safely. • Document maintenance activities, repairs, parts usage, and equipment performance. • Partner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. • Follow lockout/tagout procedures and all plant safety requirements. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience. • Experience maintaining CNC machines and manufacturing equipment. • Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills. • Ability to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC issues. • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. • Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications
• Technical degree, trade school, or formal maintenance training. • Prior CNC maintenance experience beyond minimum requirements. • Experience with CNC lathes, mills, EDMs, Swiss machines, robotic systems, and automated production equipment. • PLC troubleshooting experience. • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems expertise. • Forklift experience. • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
