Job Title: Shipping and Receiving SpecialistHours : 8:00AM – 5:00PMPay : $22-24/hour Responsibilities
• Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on time, ensuring proper verification, labeling, and documentation. • Use ERP/MRP systems, preferably Epicor, to enter, track, and reconcile shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions. • Perform inventory management activities, including cycle counting, stock rotation, and reconciliation of discrepancies. • Maintain customer material control by tracking, storing, and issuing materials according to established procedures and requirements. • Prepare and manage import and export documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and carrier requirements. • Utilize carrier shipping systems to generate shipping labels, schedule pickups, and track shipments. • Handle materials safely and efficiently, including moving, staging, and storing components in stockroom and production areas. • Support production operations by ensuring timely availability and allocation of materials to production jobs. • Follow established procedures and quality standards required in a regulated manufacturing environment, particularly in the medical device industry. • Communicate effectively with production, purchasing, and other internal teams to resolve material and shipment issues. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Nashua, NH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.15 - $27.80/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
