Entry-Level Assembler 📍 Anoka, MN💲 $20.00 - $22.85/hr🕒 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available✅ Weekly Pay✅ Contract-to-Hire Opportunity Job Description We are hiring Entry-Level Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Anoka, MN. In this role, you will assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling products using hand and power tools. You will also read blueprints, build mechanical assemblies, and learn skills such as brazing and grinding.No previous manufacturing experience is required. We are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in building a long-term career in manufacturing. Responsibilities
• Assemble copper piping, rubber tubing, and cooling system components • Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks • Read and follow blueprints and work instructions • Learn brazing and grinding techniques • Inspect finished products for quality • Follow safety procedures and production standards • Work independently and as part of a team • Stand for the duration of the shift Qualifications
• Strong interest in manufacturing and assembly work • Experience using hand or power tools preferred • Previous assembly experience is a plus • Ability to follow detailed instructions and blueprints • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Ability to stand throughout the shift Work Environment
• Large manufacturing facility • Fast-paced production setting • Clean environment, though not temperature-controlled • Team-oriented culture with opportunities for growth Schedule & Pay 1st Shift
• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM • Pay: $20.00/hr 2nd Shift
• Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM • Shift differential available 3rd Shift
