We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical and electrical challenges, and keeping operations running at peak performance. If you have experience in manufacturing maintenance and like working with automated equipment, this could be a great fit.You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving production and packaging equipment while helping ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across the facility. š What You'll Be Doing As a Maintenance Technician, you'll:ā Troubleshoot and repair production and packaging equipmentā Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtimeā Work on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsā Support production teams with machine setups, adjustments, and changeoversā Diagnose issues with:
ā¢ PLCs & HMIs ā¢ Motors & pumps ā¢ Conveyors ā¢ Palletizers ā¢ Air compressors ā¢ Water heaters ā¢ Automated control systems ā Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V, including 3-phase motorsā Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS softwareā Perform equipment rebuilds, fabrication, and basic welding when neededā Partner with operators, supervisors, and fellow technicians to solve issues and improve performanceā Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives šÆ What We're Looking For Required Experience
ā¢ 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience ā¢ Strong troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systems ā¢ Experience reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals ā¢ Hands-on experience with: ā¢ PLCs ā¢ Motors ā¢ Pumps ā¢ Sensors ā¢ Automated production equipment
ā¢ Experience working safely with electrical systems up to 480V ā¢ Knowledge of pneumatics, compressors, and preventative maintenance programs ā¢ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities ā¢ Strong communication and teamwork skills Bonus Points For ā Food manufacturing experienceā Industrial maintenance certifications, apprenticeship, or technical trainingā PLC troubleshooting and automation experienceā Fabrication and basic welding skillsā Experience with packaging equipment such as conveyors and palletizersā Familiarity with HMIs and automated process control systems š Why People Love Working Here This is more than just a maintenance role.
