CNC Lathe MachinistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce parts to exact specifications. • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models. • Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. • Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and maintain tolerances. • Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as needed. • Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve processes and product quality. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies. Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in machining or related field preferred. • 2+ years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. • Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining principles. • Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection tools. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications
