Job Title: Warehouse Associate • Learn, maintain, and apply accurate knowledge and understanding of work instructions, policies, and procedures in all daily work practices and decisions. • Receive materials from vendors and accurately enter all relevant data into the computer system. • Count, verify, and record materials to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies when identified. • Pull and stock materials using an RF scan system in accordance with order requirements and storage locations. • Use scales to weigh products and perform hand counts to confirm quantities as needed. • Package and prepare materials for shipment according to customer specifications and internal standards. • Print and apply shipping labels accurately and ensure all documentation is complete and correct. • Operate order selecting equipment such as a high reach truck and an electric pallet jack to pick orders and move materials safely. • Use order selector experience to pick orders and stage outgoing shipments in the correct areas. • Follow all safety procedures while operating warehouse equipment and handling materials. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area within the warehouse. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals and support continuous workflow. • Why Work Here?You will join a growing operation that offers regular full-time opportunities and clear potential for advancement as the facility continues to expand in this area. The position supports two primary shifts: a first shift from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and a second shift from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You will regularly use equipment such as RF scan guns, high reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, scales, and computer or tablet-based systems. The dress code includes jeans, long pants, and steel-toe boots to support a safe and practical work setting. The work involves frequent lifting, movement throughout the warehouse, and sustained periods of standing and walking in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jonestown, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
