Maintenance Technician Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, preventive maintenance, and general building upkeep to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning facility. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. • Diagnose and complete minor repairs in a timely and efficient manner. • Assist with preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment performance and extend the life of building systems. • Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards. • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable health and safety regulations. • Assist with painting, cleaning, and general upkeep of the building, grounds, and common areas. • Operate, maintain, and properly store maintenance tools and equipment. • Respond to maintenance requests and work orders as assigned. • Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance and repair activities. • Support facility improvement projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. • Previous maintenance, facilities, or building maintenance experience preferred. • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair techniques. • Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions as needed. Preferred Qualifications

• Trade school certification or technical training in maintenance-related fields. • OSHA or other safety certifications. • Experience working in commercial, industrial, or residential facilities maintenance. Benefits

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $53000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.- Weekly pay - Guaranteed OT every other week - Paid holidays - All tools/tool cart provided. - On the job training and work instructions provided - Medical, Dental, Vision, and Pet insurance, and more! - 401k with 3% match + 1/2 % up to 5% - 1 Week of Vacation time issued every 6 months based on date of hire.
