Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionThis position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment in a manufacturing facility. The role requires strong knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems, proven troubleshooting skills, and the ability to support in-house repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance to keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently.4 day work week, 5:00am - 3:30pm (You get to choose to work either Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday)Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including lockout/tagout practices, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe handling of tools and equipment. • Diagnose and repair malfunctions in electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, conveyors, control systems, wiring, and other industrial equipment. • Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, inspections, and adjustments. • Install new equipment and machinery, including electrical wiring, control panels, conduit, and mechanical components, ensuring proper setup and safe operation. • Assist with facility upgrades and modifications, supporting continuous improvement of production equipment and infrastructure. • Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety, and suggest and implement solutions to recurring problems. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections within the CMMS program, ensuring documentation is complete and up to date. • Order necessary parts and materials in a timely manner to support repairs and preventive maintenance activities. • Collaborate closely with other maintenance personnel, production teams, and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and minimize equipment downtime. • Coordinate contractor work as needed or as assigned by leadership, ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with facility standards. • Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned by leadership to support overall plant operations. Essential Skills

• Demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment. • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including work with 480V systems. • Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment. • Experience with pneumatic systems and components. • Ability to work with PLC-based systems for troubleshooting and support. • Hands-on experience with welding and fabrication for equipment repair and modification. • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, such as schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals. • Strong commitment to safety practices, including lockout/tagout and proper PPE usage. • Proficiency in using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document maintenance activities. • Ability to diagnose issues on older and newer production machinery, including presses and cutting equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with automation systems in a manufacturing or printing environment. • Familiarity with variable frequency drives (VFDs) for motor control and troubleshooting. • Background in printing operations, particularly with printing presses, slitters, and cutters. • Machining experience for fabrication and repair of mechanical components. • Ability to identify and implement improvements in equipment reliability and efficiency. • Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with maintenance and production teams. Work EnvironmentThis role operates on a first-shift schedule, working either Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime as needed to support production demands. The position is based at a manufacturing facility that houses printing presses, slitters, cutters, and related equipment, with a mix of older machinery and more modern systems. The maintenance team consists of a small, close-knit group within a larger workforce of nearly 300 employees, providing a collaborative environment where technicians support each other and production operations. The work involves hands-on tasks in a factory setting, requiring safe use of tools, PPE, and adherence to established safety procedures. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Shiloh, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr.
