Quality Control Technician I – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Join a rapidly growing pharmaceutical operation as a Quality Control Technician I. You’ll work directly on the production floor to ensure products meet strict quality and regulatory standards while supporting a strong GMP‑driven quality culture. What You’ll Do
• Inspect products and processes to verify quality • Document results, deviations, and quality checks • Support SOP development and process controls • Report non‑conformances and safety incidents • Use basic statistical tools to evaluate quality data • Collaborate with production and quality teams • Train others on GMP and documentation practices • Maintain a clean, compliant work area • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed What You Bring
• 2+ years of quality experience in a regulated environment • Strong understanding of GMPs and FDA requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • Computer proficiency and strong documentation skills • Ability to interpret basic statistical data • Reliable, detail‑oriented, team‑focused mindset Why You’ll Love Working Here

• 2nd shift (Sun–Thu, 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m.) • First‑shift training for ~6 weeks • $22.05/hr. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.05 - $22.05/hr.
