General Production Worker - HIRING ASAP! Responsibilities
• Assist with producing insulation products while supporting daily manufacturing operations. • Operate and support production equipment to keep materials moving efficiently. • Bag, palletize, and prepare finished products for shipment and storage. • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility as needed. • Support warehouse activities while maintaining a clean and safe work area. Requirements
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience is preferred. • Ability to lift 60-75 pounds repeatedly throughout the entire shift. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. • Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or with a team. • Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and production responsibilities. Additional Skills
• Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. • Familiarity with shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations processes. • Experience using RF scanners and other basic warehouse technology. • Knowledge of production equipment and manufacturing processes is beneficial. • Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to multitask throughout the shift. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
