General Production Worker - Hiring ASAP! Responsibilities
• Build custom fabric products by preparing materials and operating production equipment safely. • Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to order specifications and requirements. • Inspect finished products for quality before packaging and preparing shipments. • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production and warehouse areas. • Maintain a clean workspace and follow all safety procedures daily. Requirements
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is preferred for success. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the workday. • Strong attention to detail when measuring, counting, and inspecting materials. • Comfortable working around fiberglass materials and production equipment regularly. • Reliable attendance and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills
• Experience operating forklifts, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment. • Familiarity with shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling processes. • Ability to use saws, cutting tools, and other production equipment safely. • Experience packaging products and preparing orders for shipment accurately. • Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and responsibilities over time. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
