🔧 Maintenance Supervisor Lead a Skilled Team. Keep Operations Running. We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance professionals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll oversee daily maintenance operations, drive equipment reliability, coach team members, and help ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently.If you're a hands-on leader with a strong mechanical background and a passion for continuous improvement, this could be a great long-term opportunity. 🚀 What You'll Be Doing
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians • Coordinate and prioritize maintenance and repair activities • Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely resolution • Manage and improve preventive maintenance (PM) programs to reduce downtime • Schedule work for internal maintenance teams and outside contractors • Support inventory management by working closely with storeroom personnel • Promote a positive team culture focused on safety, accountability, and performance • Ensure compliance with GMP standards and all safety policies • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and operational excellence programs • Provide coverage and support for other maintenance areas as needed ✅ What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of maintenance supervision experience in a refinery, manufacturing, or industrial environment • Strong mechanical knowledge (electrical knowledge is a plus) • Experience leading, coaching, and training employees • Familiarity with vibration analysis, oil analysis, and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) methods • Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms • Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when business needs require ⭐ Bonus Qualifications

Schedule:
• 🕖 Monday through Friday • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Occasional overtime as needed • Every 4th week, you'll work a night shift rotation: • 🌙 6:30 PM – 3:00 AM • 4 consecutive days

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Crockett, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $44.50 - $53.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
