Production Assembler Day Shift | Monday-Friday | Climate-Controlled Facility | Build Technology That Keeps People Secure Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, assembling products, and paying attention to the details? We're looking for a Production Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team and help build the electronic access control devices that help secure businesses, schools, hospitals, and other facilities.In this role, you'll assemble small electronic components, use hand tools and testing equipment, and ensure every product meets high quality standards. • Assemble small and medium-sized electronic components used in access control reader systems. • Use hand tools, including screwdrivers and precision assembly tools, to complete production tasks. • Read and interpret multimeter measurements to verify functionality and quality. • Follow detailed work instructions, assembly procedures, and production schedules. • Perform basic computer tasks such as production tracking and data entry. • Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. • Consistently achieve daily production goals while maintaining accuracy. • Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements. • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve production issues. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing, assembly, production, or electronics environment. • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small parts. • Comfortable performing repetitive assembly work while maintaining quality and efficiency. • Ability to accurately distinguish colors for wiring and electronic components. • Experience using hand tools and basic assembly equipment. • Ability to read and use a multimeter for electrical testing. • Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting production targets. Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in electronic assembly or electrical assembly. • Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience. • Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking. • Experience working with quality standards and standardized work processes.
