Job Title: Quality InspectorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using a variety of inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators, and have a strong ability to read and interpret prints, particularly GD&T. Effective communication skills are essential to convey quality needs within the work area professionally. Responsibilities • Utilize various inspection tools including micrometers, calipers, and gages to perform quality inspections. • Conduct inspections of steel or metal products. • Perform visual inspections and final inspections to ensure product quality. • Read and interpret blueprints accurately, with a strong understanding of GD&T. • Communicate quality requirements effectively to colleagues in different work areas. Essential Skills • Proficiency in inspection and quality control using tools like micrometers and calipers. • Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading. • Three years of experience in a manufacturing quality role. • Ability to perform visual inspections and final inspections accurately. Additional Skills & Qualifications • High school diploma or GED. • Three years of quality inspection experience. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.88 - $24.88/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
