About this role

Job Title: Dock WorkerJob DescriptionAs a Dock Worker, you will play a crucial role in the logistics and supply chain process. You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks at the docks, entering shipping and receiving information into the SAP system, and using an electric pallet jack to stage items. You will also perform putaways, wrap pallets, and operate forklifts and RF scanners. Additional tasks include general warehouse and dock duties. Essential Skills • Experience with electric pallet jacks and forklifts. • Proficiency in entering data into SAP. • Ability to handle materials, stock, and inventory. • Competence in using RF scanners for order picking. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Summit, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
