Job Title: TIG WelderJob DescriptionJoin our team as a TIG Welder where you will work with stainless steel and aluminum in a production-type shop. Our primary focus is on crafting products and fuel system components for leading clients. You will be operating in a modern, clean facility equipped with 12 welding booths. Responsibilities • Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum components. • Work on products with varying sizes, including 10-14 gauge materials. • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding. • Inspect finished welds for quality and precision. • Utilize hand and power tools for fabrication and grinding tasks. Essential Skills • Minimum of 6 months TIG welding experience. • Proficiency in reading blueprints. • Experience in inspecting finished welds. • Ability to use hand and power tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications • 6+ months of manufacturing experience. • Technical degree in TIG welding or related field. • Experience in MIG welding is a plus. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
