General Construction Laborer (Traveling) Pay: $25.00 - $30.00/hourTravel Required: 50%+ Across the Western United StatesAre you looking for an opportunity to earn great money, learn a skilled trade, and build a long-term career with a stable, family-owned company? We are seeking hardworking Construction Laborers to join our foundation and caisson construction team. This role offers extensive travel throughout the Western U.S. while working on a variety of commercial and industrial construction projects.What You'll Do As a Construction Laborer, you will assist crews with foundation, caisson, concrete, and site work projects. Responsibilities may include:
• Lifting and moving construction materials including forms, steel beams, rings, lumber, and other jobsite materials • Assisting with the construction and reinforcement of steel cages for caisson foundations • Supporting pad-and-pier and flatwork concrete construction projects • Stripping forms and performing final site cleanup • Assisting with concrete pours, patching, and finishing work • Maintaining a safe and productive work environment Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following: • Construction labor • Concrete work • Demolition • Landscaping • Earthwork/dirt work • Farm or agricultural labor
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for 10+ hour shifts • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold • Reliable transportation to and from work • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred, but not required Travel Requirements
• Must be willing and able to travel throughout the Western United States • Ability to remain on the road for up to 4 months at a time without returning to Colorado • Projects typically range from 1 week to 1 month in duration, with some lasting up to 2 months Schedule

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
