About this role

Job Title: WelderJob DescriptionAs a welder, you will utilize the MIG welding technique to weld trailer components. This includes processes such as gas metal arc, plasma arc, and shielded metal arc. You will operate welding gear and equipment safely, examine workpieces for defects, and perform repairs as needed. Your role involves using measuring tapes, combination squares, and levels to lay out, position, align, and secure parts before assembly. Additionally, you will monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating, warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of materials. Signing off on completed work orders and maintaining an organized, clean workstation and equipment are also part of your responsibilities. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of MARYVILLE, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
