Job Title: Forklift Driver $21 1st: M-F 6am-4:30pm 2nd: M-TH - 2:00pm-10:30pm/ Fri. 11:00am – 7:30pmJoin our dynamic team as a Forklift Driver at our state-of-the-art Distribution Center. We are looking for dedicated individuals to load and unload trucks efficiently and maintain high standards of quality control.Responsibilities
• Operate a sit-down forklift for nearly 90% of the day, loading and unloading trucks. • Conduct quality control on orders when not operating the forklift. • Receive products and organize them in the warehouse. • Consolidate pallets to ensure efficient storage and distribution. Essential Skills
• 1-2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience. • 2-5 years of experience operating sit-down forklifts, whether electric or gas. • Proficiency in printing shipping labels using UPS/Fed Ex or similar software. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and material handling. • Familiarity with RF Scanners for inventory management. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of North Chicago, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
