Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionThis role supports a first-shift manufacturing plant in the Delaware, Ohio area by performing emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, and technical troubleshooting on production and packaging equipment. The Maintenance Technician ensures machinery operates safely and efficiently, prepares equipment for scheduled runs, and keeps critical systems such as mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components in optimal condition.Responsibilities

• Perform unscheduled and emergency troubleshooting and repairs on production and packaging machinery during operating hours to minimize downtime. • Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance and routine service on production and packaging equipment to ensure reliable and safe operation. • Set up and configure production machinery for upcoming scheduled manufacturing runs, including adjustments and changeovers as needed. • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to restore equipment to proper working condition. • Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals to plan and execute maintenance and repair tasks accurately. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PLC-controlled equipment and related automation systems. • Support industrial maintenance activities across truss-building and woodworking operations, ensuring equipment readiness throughout the facility. • Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status and issues to appropriate team members to support continuous operations. Essential Skills

• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience. • Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Hands-on experience with hydraulics and pneumatics, including reading and working with related schematics. • Ability to perform PLC troubleshooting on production equipment. • Experience with preventative maintenance practices for industrial machinery. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and equipment manuals. • Industrial maintenance experience with exposure to automation, robotics, and truss-related equipment. • Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying root causes and implementing effective repairs. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience with automation, including automated truss-building equipment. • Experience working with high-end PLCs and advanced electrical systems. • Exposure to robotics in a manufacturing or industrial setting. • Familiarity with woodworking or truss-building environments. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Delaware, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $72800.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Full benefits package with PTO, Holidays, and insurance.
