Job Title: Concrete LaborerPay $21-27 + benefitsJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team in supporting masonry and concrete restoration activities. Your role will involve assisting skilled tradespeople, performing general labor tasks, and maintaining a safe and organized jobsite. All tasks are completed under the supervision of the site management team.Responsibilities
• Assist with mixing, pouring, and placing concrete for restoration projects. • Chip concrete and paint for building renovation. • Work with heavy tools and machinery daily. • Support masons with material handling, lifting, and transporting materials. • Perform concrete patching and repair work as directed. • Complete general labor duties. • Participate in site setup and preparation. • Conduct ongoing cleanup and debris removal. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Essential Skills
• Experience in concrete and general construction labor. • Proficiency in using power tools and handling rebar and concrete forms. • Familiarity with masonry, brick laying, and concrete finishing. • Ability to follow verbal instructions and safety guidelines. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience in heavy construction settings is preferred. • Strong work ethic and reliability. • OSHA-10 certification or willingness to obtain. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
