Wire Harness Assembler Location: Centennial, COSchedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMPay: $24.00 - $34.00/hr Depending on ExperienceWe are seeking a Wire Harness Assembler to support the production of wire and cable assemblies used in aerospace and defense applications. This role involves assembling, crimping, soldering, inspecting, and routing wire harnesses while following blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.Responsibilities:
• Assemble wire harnesses, cables, and electromechanical products according to specifications • Perform soldering, crimping, wire termination, connector installation, heat shrink application, and labeling • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and production documentation • Cut, strip, route, and prepare cables for assembly • Utilize hand tools, measuring tools, and production equipment • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met • Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate documentation • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Support team production goals while maintaining high quality standards Qualifications:
• Previous experience with wire harness assembly, cable assembly, electronics assembly, or electromechanical assembly • Experience with soldering and crimping • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions • Familiarity with hand tools and manufacturing environments • Strong attention to detail and quality • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience:
• IPC-620, IPC-610, or J-STD certifications • Aerospace, defense, or electronics manufacturing experience • Experience building wire harnesses on assembly boards • Electronic troubleshooting or cable assembly experience What We Offer:

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
