Job Title: Chemical Operator $22hr+ Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Chemical Operator to join our team. This role involves executing detailed instructions for batch processing, performing in-process testing to ensure material conformance, and conducting visual inspections of all mixing equipment. The ideal candidate will be proactive in performing basic preventative maintenance on machinery and maintaining appropriate inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production.Responsibilities
• Execute detailed instructions for batch processes. • Conduct in-process testing to ensure material conformance. • Perform visual inspections of all mixing equipment. • Perform basic preventative maintenance on mixing machinery. • Read and understand work order and scheduling instructions. • Maintain appropriate inventory levels for continuous production. • Independently manage at least one type of formulation/mix process. Essential Skills
• Experience in mixing, compounding, blending, batch making, and chemical mixing. • Proficiency in weighing and machine operation. • Forklift operation experience. • Basic math skills. • Comfortable lifting up to 75lbs. • Chemical mixing experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Comfortable wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
