Maintenance Technician - 50% profit bonuses - 1st shift - Family Environment Job DescriptionJoin our team as a Maintenance Technician where you will engage in multi-craft maintenance tasks, including PLC operations, welding, mechanical, and electrical work. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing flat-rolled steel processing equipment such as slitters and multi-blank lines.Responsibilities
• Conduct multi-craft maintenance, including PLC operations, welding, mechanical, and electrical tasks. • Troubleshoot and repair flat-rolled steel processing equipment, including slitters and multi-blank lines. • Perform maintenance and preventative inspection on lift trucks. • Maintain and repair mechanical systems such as gear boxes, chains, sprockets, motors, seals, and bearings. • Troubleshoot hydraulic systems, including high-pressure cylinders, pumps, and valves. • Manage pneumatic systems, including solenoids, cylinders, and motor brakes. • Conduct pneumatic/air compression maintenance, focusing on valves and cylinders. • Troubleshoot and replace seals and motors in pumps, understanding specifications. • Handle basic electrical system repairs, including starters, fuses, contacts, and relays. • Engage in fabrication and welding tasks. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Butler, IN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.-vacation after 6 months
