Responsibilities
• Assemble industrial paint sprayers using hand and power tools. • Follow detailed computer-based work instructions and production orders. • Perform mechanical assembly, fitting, fastening, and alignment of components. • Work collaboratively on an assembly line with 4 to 10 team members. • Inspect assemblies to ensure quality standards are met. • Assist with labeling, packaging, and preparing finished products for shipment. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production needs and issues. • Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs. • Stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Qualifications Required
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience. • Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools. • Ability to read and follow computer-based work instructions. • Comfortable standing for an entire shift. • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred
• Mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment. • Experience working with automotive repairs, home renovation projects, or comparable hands-on mechanical work. Employee Benefits & Perks
