Job Title: All Trades Workers and Laborers$25-$35+DOEJob DescriptionWe are hiring Skilled Trades workers to join a fast‑growing team with immediate openings and overtime. This is a hands‑on role supporting a variety of construction, Commercial, and industrial projects. If you’re reliable, safety‑minded, and ready to work, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily jobsite operations including material handling, equipment operation, site prep, and general labor tasks. • Support skilled trades teams (carpenters, electricians, welders, HVAC, mechanical, etc.) with project setup, installation, teardown, and cleanup. • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks. • Load, unload, and stage materials, ensuring work areas remain clean and organized. • Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and instructions from foremen and supervisors. Requirements:
• Previous experience in construction, carpentry, concrete, or general labor preferred. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and handle physical tasks in various conditions. • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic. • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and extended shifts when needed. • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience on commercial ground-up construction projects. • Experience working with general contractors or on commercial project sites. • Familiarity with self-perform environments where carpentry and concrete work are done in-house. • Ability to work as part of a small field team of approximately 20 workers. • Strong attention to detail and quality in both rough and finish carpentry. • Effective communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, coworkers, and other trades. The dress code is typical for a commercial construction site, emphasizing safety gear and practical work attire suitable for outdoor, physically demanding carpentry work. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Clinton, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
