Medical Assembler | Carlsbad | 1st Shift | $18.00 /Hr **Seeking candidates with manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, or cleanroom experience. Medical device experience is a plus but not required**Job DescriptionThis role supports cleanroom manufacturing operations by assembling cartridges and reagent kit components in accordance with cGMP and ISO standards. You will follow detailed manufacturing SOPs, operate production line equipment, and complete manufacturing work orders accurately and on schedule. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and as part of an assembly line team, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-organized cleanroom environment.Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM | $18.00/hr Responsibilities

• Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and ISO standards or guidelines as they apply to manufacturing activities. • Assemble cartridges and reagent kit components with consistent quality and accuracy. • Adhere to and execute manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all assigned tasks. • Organize and maintain the production floor area, tools, and supplies used during work to ensure a clean and efficient workspace. • Work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate effectively as part of an assembly line team. • Maintain a safe work environment, particularly when working with chemicals and manufacturing equipment. • Operate all manufacturing line equipment required for cleanroom production. • Resolve basic line issues, escalate problems when necessary, and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. • Follow the manufacturing schedule and complete manufacturing work orders in a timely and accurate manner. • Review completed device manufacturing records and work orders, identify and correct errors, and submit finished documentation for quality release. • Serve as a role model for cGMP-compliant manufacturing practices and cleanroom discipline. • Assist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as assigned by leadership. Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent. • At least 6 months of manufacturing experience. • Experience working in production, assembly, or related manufacturing environments. • Ability to follow detailed manufacturing SOPs and work instructions. • Familiarity with cGMP practices in a manufacturing setting. • Comfort working in a cleanroom environment and following strict cleanliness and contamination control procedures. • Ability to operate manufacturing line equipment safely and effectively. • Strong attention to detail for reviewing device manufacturing records and work orders. • Capability to work both independently and as part of an assembly line team. • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment when handling chemicals and equipment. • Basic organizational skills to maintain floor area and supplies in an orderly manner. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.16/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
