What You'll Be Doing
• Learn how to operate molding equipment used to manufacture custom rubber products. • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. • Follow production instructions and safety procedures. • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe. • Work alongside a team to meet daily production goals. • Help identify simple production issues and learn how they're resolved. • Gain experience in different areas through cross-training opportunities. What We're Looking For We're more interested in your attitude and willingness to learn than having every qualification on day one.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. • Comfortable working with your hands and learning new processes. • Detail-oriented and committed to producing quality work. • Dependable with strong attendance and a positive work ethic. • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator. • Reliable transportation. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
