Job Title: General Production WorkerJob DescriptionAs a General Production Worker, you will operate production equipment and perform general manufacturing duties. You will conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and adhere to production processes, procedures, and safety requirements. You will also be cross-trained in multiple roles and departments to support operational needs and increase team productivity. Essential Skills • Experience in production, general labor, and manufacturing environments. • Ability to operate machinery and perform assembly and packaging tasks. • Knowledge of inspection, material handling, and machine operation. • Familiarity with tools such as power tools, hand tools, and forklifts. • Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience in construction, assembly line, or any sort of manufacturing. • Proficiency in troubleshooting and inventory management. • Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn processes and procedures quickly. • Capability to float around and learn multiple jobs and duties as needed. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
