Build the Future of Energy in Colorado We're hiring Colorado-licensed Journeyman Electricians to support one of the largest renewable energy construction projects in the state. Position Overview As a Journeyman Electrician, you'll perform electrical installations, terminations, testing, and commissioning activities on utility-scale BESS and solar systems. This role is ideal for electricians with experience in industrial, power generation, oil & gas, utility, or large commercial construction environments.You'll work alongside experienced construction leaders while helping deliver critical energy infrastructure that will power Colorado for decades to come. Key Responsibilities
• Install, terminate, and test electrical systems and equipment per NEC requirements and project specifications • Perform medium- and high-voltage power and control cable terminations • Install underground conduit systems and cable routing infrastructure • Bend, run, and install conduit for industrial electrical applications • Pull, route, and secure power, control, and communication cabling • Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and construction documents • Coordinate with project crews and other trades to maintain production schedules • Inspect completed work for quality, safety, and code compliance • Support equipment startup, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities • Maintain a strong commitment to jobsite safety and compliance standards Required Qualifications
• Active Colorado Journeyman Electrician License (or higher) • Experience in industrial, utility, power generation, oil & gas, or large-scale commercial construction • Strong experience with power and control cable terminations • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics • Working knowledge of NEC requirements and electrical safety practices • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment Preferred Qualifications

Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions and requires the use of appropriate PPE. Electricians will utilize conduit benders, cable pulling equipment, testing instruments, and other industry-standard tools while supporting a fast-paced utility construction project. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Fort Morgan, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $66.33 - $66.33/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
