Skilled Laborer (METAL BUILDINGS) $21–$24/hr | YEAR-ROUND WORK | STEADY HOURS Looking for a leadership role where you can stay hands-on? We're hiring a Laborer Foreman to help build pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB). If you can read prints, work with tools, and lead by example, this is a solid long-term opportunity. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Help build and install metal buildings • Read blueprints and layout materials • Cut, stage, and bolt structural components together • Use hand tools and power tools daily • Work from lifts and elevated platforms • Keep jobs moving and help direct the crew • Follow OSHA and safety requirements WHAT YOU NEED
• 2+ years of construction experience • Ability to read blueprints • Experience with hand and power tools • Comfortable working at heights • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Strong work ethic and leadership ability BONUS SKILLS
• PEMB or steel building experience • Structural steel experience • Welding experience (MIG or Stick) • Experience with lifts and structural assembly WHY THIS JOB
