Job Title: Manufacturing AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to join our production team. The role involves the assembly, labeling, and packaging of medical cables, ensuring high-quality output and compliance with all safety regulations. Responsibilities • Perform basic manufacturing, assembly, and labeling of cables. • Engage in packaging and in-process testing. • Operate basic hand tools and assigned production/manufacturing equipment. • Work in a bench-top assembly environment using various manufacturing equipment for prepping, stripping, tinning, crimping, and soldering of medical cables. • Accurately record process documentation. • Interpret, read, and follow all work instructions and engineering drawings. • Comply with all safety requirements, including manufacturing practices and procedures, standard operating procedures, and manufacturing documentation. • Utilize basic measurement skills with hand tools and electronic equipment such as rulers, scales, micrometers, and calipers. Essential Skills • Experience in assembly and soldering. • Operator and assembler skills with the ability to use microscopes. • Proficiency in using hand tools and production equipment. • Soldering experience, especially within the medical device industry. • Basic computer skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications • 3 to 6 months of minimum experience (2 to 3 years preferred for higher pay range). Work EnvironmentThis role operates on the 2nd shift from 1:30 PM to 10 PM in a manufacturing and assembly line setting. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Costa Mesa, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
