Job Title: Quality Technician / CMM ProgrammerJob DescriptionThe Quality Technician / CMM Programmer leads the inspection team and ensures that all manufactured parts consistently meet rigorous quality standards. • Program and set up Zeiss Calypso CMM machines to support production and quality requirements. • Create, update, and maintain CMM programs to accurately measure parts and verify compliance with specifications. • Read and interpret engineering blueprints, specifications, and GD&T callouts to determine inspection criteria. • Perform incoming, in-process, and first article inspections to ensure parts meet dimensional and quality standards. • Troubleshoot CMM programs and measurement issues, resolving errors and improving program reliability. • Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection equipment to verify dimensions. Essential Skills
• 3+ years of hands-on CMM programming experience. • Proficiency programming and operating Zeiss CMMs using Calypso software. • Strong knowledge of GD&T and its application in inspection and measurement. • Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical specifications. • Experience performing incoming, in-process, and first article inspections. One building houses CNC machining centers that produce parts for pumps, valves, and kits, while the other focuses on assembly and shipping/receiving operations. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $99840.00/yr.
