Job Title: Level 2 Operator - Hollow Fiber LineJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Level 2 Operator to join our Hollow Fiber line team. This role involves working in a temperature-controlled, non-cleanroom environment with detailed, multi-step process jobs. You will operate various manual machines, load parts, set and run programs, and conduct quality checks using microscopes and measurement tools. Additionally, you will assemble components using small hand tools and tweezers while reading from process sheets. This position requires standing for 10 hours and collaborating in teams of 1-2.Responsibilities

Essential Skills
• 6+ months manufacturing experience. • Basic reading, writing, and math skills. • Ability to consistently lift up to 20 lbs and stand for 10 hours. • Mechanical aptitude and good hand dexterity. It involves hands-on mechanical tasks and testing processes. The role is on the first shift, with hours from 5 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Thursday. Be prepared for mandatory overtime on Fridays. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
