Job Title: Production / Finishing Associate Job DescriptionThe Production / Finishing Associate supports cutting, finishing, and installation activities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on manual cutting using various hand and power tools, folding materials, and assisting with banner installation and material handling as needed. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can lift heavier items, and is comfortable floating between different production tasks to support daily operational needs.Responsibilities

• Perform manual cutting of materials using tools such as standard scissors, electric cutters, rotary cutters, and hot knives with attention to accuracy and safety. • Float between different production areas and assist where needed to support overall workflow and production goals. • Fold materials efficiently and neatly, which may be a primary task during certain shifts. • Support banner installation, including lifting, moving, and positioning heavier items and materials. • Pick, pack, and load products or materials for orders and shipments according to established procedures. • Handle materials safely and efficiently, ensuring proper organization and storage in the warehouse. • Use basic computer skills to complete simple tasks such as logging work, checking orders, or updating production information as needed. • Operate and maintain hand tools and equipment in a safe and proper manner, following all safety guidelines. • Work collaboratively with team members in a high-energy warehouse environment to meet production deadlines. • Follow all workplace safety, quality, and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and organized work area. Essential Skills

• Approximately 1 year of production experience preferred, particularly in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. • Ability to perform manual cutting using scissors, electric cutting tools, rotary cutters, and hot knives. • Experience with picking, packing, loading, and general material handling tasks. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly as part of daily duties. • Comfort working with hand tools and installation-related equipment. • Basic computer skills to support simple data entry or order-related tasks. • Ability to communicate in Spanish; Spanish-only speakers are welcome. • High school diploma preferred but not required. • Willingness to work Monday through Friday on a first shift schedule, with flexibility to work extended hours and weekends for overtime as needed. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is ideal and supports effective communication with the team. • Prior experience in banner installation or similar installation work is beneficial. • Previous exposure to a high-energy warehouse or production environment is an advantage. • Strong attention to detail when cutting, folding, and handling materials. • Reliability and flexibility to adjust to fluctuating start times, including occasional 9:00 a.m. starts. • Willingness to learn and adapt to different production tasks and tools. You will work primarily on first shift, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the possibility of working up to 7:00 p.m. and weekends for overtime when needed. The schedule may occasionally fluctuate to a 9:00 a.m. start time. Work involves regular lifting of materials up to 50 pounds, frequent use of hand tools and cutting equipment, and moving between different areas of the warehouse to support production and installation tasks. An employee breakroom with games is available for use during breaks and lunch, providing a comfortable space to recharge during the day. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
