Job Title: General Production WorkerJob DescriptionThis role involves working in a high-volume manufacturing and production environment across shifts (A: 12:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m. C: 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.). General production workers support production, assembly, and packaging operations, performing repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods and following clear instructions to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.Responsibilities
• Perform general production and assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment, including repetitive work while standing for long periods of time. • Support production lines by handling general labor duties such as loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed. • Package and label product accurately according to established standards and instructions. • Use basic power tools to assist with production, repair, or related tasks as directed. • Follow written and verbal directions carefully to meet quality, safety, and productivity requirements. • Maintain a clean and organized work area Work EnvironmentThe environment is a busy manufacturing and production setting with repetitive tasks and extended periods of standing throughout the shift. Steel-toed boots or shoes are required as the primary personal protective equipment; no additional certifications or medical PPE are needed. Maintenance positions within the facility have two levels with pay tied to experience, and there is room to grow into higher-level maintenance roles. Consistent attendance is critical. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Verona, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $39208.00 - $40248.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Full Medical Plans along with Dental and vision.
