Job Title: Production WorkerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Wet Out Technician to support our CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) lining operations. This role is responsible for the preparation and saturation ('wet-out') of liners using resin systems to ensure successful underground pipe rehabilitation. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, thrives in a production-based environment, and can follow precise processes where quality and accuracy are critical. Responsibilities • Perform wet-out of liners by properly saturating felt or fiberglass materials with resin. • Operate wet-out equipment, including rollers, vacuum systems, and calibration units. • Ensure complete and consistent resin impregnation with no dry spots or air pockets. • Follow strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. • Measure and record production data such as resin quantities, temperatures, and liner specifications. • Assist with liner setup, calibration, packaging, and preparation for delivery. • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Communicate with team members and supervisors to meet production timelines. Essential Skills • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor environments. • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment. • High attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step processes. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods. • Comfortable working in physically demanding and industrial environments. • Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions with a strong sense of urgency. • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Additional Skills & Qualifications • High school diploma or GED preferred. • Prior manufacturing or production experience is highly preferred. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Willingness to learn and be trained on new equipment. • Comfortable working in potentially hot, noisy, or industrial settings. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dover, NJ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.55 - $19.55/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
