Job Title: Light Industrial AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking motivated individuals to join our team for the assembly of industrial heating elements, process heaters, and solar-related components. This is a 1st Shift position with multiple openings across various production departments. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply. While previous manufacturing experience is advantageous, it is not required as training will be provided for those looking to build a long-term career. Responsibilities • Assemble industrial heating elements and related products according to work instructions and engineering drawings. • Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions. • Utilize hand and power tools, including drills and other assembly equipment. • Drill and tap holes for mounting and installation of components. • Install electrical connections, wiring, and other mechanical assemblies. • Assemble, inspect, and test finished products to meet quality standards. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Follow all safety and production procedures. Essential Skills • Proficiency with hand and power tools. • Mechanical inclination. • Ability to follow written instructions and detailed assembly processes. • Comfortable working with both mechanical and basic electrical components. • Strong attendance, punctuality, and work ethic. Work EnvironmentWork in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility, which can become hot during the summer. The shift runs Monday-Friday with either a 5AM or 6AM start time, depending on the department. The workday consists of 9 hours with a 1-hour lunch break. Additionally, work is scheduled every other Saturday from 5AM to noon. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pacific, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
